The Role:
Support 3 gentlemen with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
Help them stay active and involved in the community, joining in fun interests that match their energetic lifestyles.
Provide hands-on support with day-to-day tasks at home, including personal care, mobility, and encouraging independence.
Requirements:
A full UK/EU driving licence is required.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude to bring happiness to the role.
Passion for social care and a commitment to supporting others to live their best lives.
