Make this Christmas and New Year the start of something special.

As the festive season reminds us of the importance of community and kindness, there’s no better time to consider a role where you can make a real difference every day. Dimensions is one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit providers of support for people with learning disabilities and autism and we’re looking for compassionate, values-driven people to join our team in Louth.

Louth is a market town in Lincolnshire. Whether it’s enjoying the Christmas lights in the town centre, visiting the famous St James’ Church, or exploring the rolling countryside nearby, Louth offers a wonderful backdrop for a career rooted in care.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be helping people we support to live the life they choose, whether that’s learning new skills, enjoying their hobbies, or simply celebrating the everyday moments that matter. No two days are the same, but every day is guided by our values:

  • Ambition - We seek to help people reach their potential.
  • Courage - We are guided by the courage of our convictions to make a difference.
  • Integrity - We ensure that what we do is grounded in what we believe.
  • Partnership - We work with others to achieve more for people.
  • Respect - We recognise that every person’s unique contribution is valuable.

You don’t need previous experience; we’ll provide full training and ongoing development. What matters most is your commitment to supporting people.

We offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate: £12.64 per hour. This will be £13.78 if you are matched to one of our complex supported living homes in Louth.
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
  • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising with length of service.
  • Sector-leading training, career development, and wellbeing support.
  • A welcoming team culture where you’ll be valued and supported.

This Christmas, give yourself the gift of a career that makes lives better – including your own. Step into the New Year knowing your part of something bigger, something that truly matters.
