About the Role

You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 50s with learning disabilities and autism who thrives on routine, enjoys friendly conversation, and values consistent, respectful relationships. Support is primarily 1:1, with some 2:1 sessions during the week, and includes lone-working during sleep-ins and long-day shifts.

Shifts include:

  • Long Day with Sleep-In: 10:00 AM – 10:00 AM (next day)
  • 2:1 support (Mon, Wed, Fri): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Calm and confident in challenging situations
• Observant, patient, and consistent
• Creative and proactive with new ideas
• Detail-oriented and structured
• A driver with an auto-friendly licence (essential)
