- Winchmoor Hill, Enfield, N21
- £12.64 per hour
We’re looking for values-led Support Workers to join our supported living home, where five adults, four men and one woman, are supported to live fulfilling, active lives. You will support people to enjoy their weekly routines such as day centres, music sessions, sensory time in the home, and community-based hobbies. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative and confident in organising events, bringing ideas, and using active support to help people build independence and enjoy the things that matter to them.
Staff are also responsible for cooking meals, supporting with medication, maintaining records, and ensuring each person receives safe, personalised and high-quality support throughout the day and sleep-in. You will provide full personal care, support with hoisting, PEG feeding and several people have SALT guidance in place which you will follow closely. Two people have epilepsy and require administration of emergency medication when necessary.
