Job Title: Female Support Worker
Location: Widnes, WA8 (7 minutes’ Drive from Widnes Golf Club)
Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Relief Staff
Pay: £13.20ph

We’re looking for exceptional Female Support Workers to provide dedicated support for a lady in her 30s to live her life independently, support with daily living skills, prompting and promoting personal hygiene
This role is an opportunity to make a real impact, supporting someone with autism and obsessive-compulsive behaviours. You’ll help her lead a fulfilling life by understanding her unique needs and providing both practical and emotional support.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building a strong, trusting relationship to provide day-to-day support.
- Encouraging and participating in activities, such as going for walks (she loves the colour blue!).
- Supporting with daily routines and managing behaviours of distress.
- Delivering emotional support with patience and understanding.
- Providing transport, so a valid driver’s license is essential.
Shifts will typically run from 7am - 10pm, including a sleep-in shift followed by a morning shift from 7am - 10am. Please note, flexibility is required, as there is the possibility of no guaranteed finish at 10am.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:
- Be strong, resilient, and adaptable in supporting someone with complex needs.
- Have experience working with autism and an understanding of obsessive-compulsive behaviors (preferred).
- Be patient, confident, and emotionally supportive.
- Be familiar with the Widnes area (preferred).
