Key Responsibilities: 

Support Communication and Choice 
Use communication aids (e.g., Makaton, picture cards) to promote understanding, engagement, and informed decision-making for people with varied communication needs. 

Ensure Safety and Compliance 
Follow health and safety protocols, SALT plans, and evacuation procedures, while maintaining accurate records via the Nourish system. 

Encourage Active Lifestyles and Inclusion 
Support people with community activities, outings, and daily living skills, helping to enrich their quality of life through social participation. 

About You: 

You are Compassionate and Respectful

You are willing to complete training in areas such as epilepsy, P.E.G feeding, communication techniques, and moving & handling.

You bring a can-do attitude, flexibility, and resilience to support both your colleagues and the people you care for. 

You are a Confident Driver 
You hold a full UK driving licence and are comfortable driving to support people with trips, appointments, and community-based activities.
