Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Personalised Support
Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and community access, following people support plans.
Promote Wellbeing and Safety
Maintain a consistent, positive approach to safeguarding the physical and emotional wellbeing of the people we support.
Contribute to Effective Documentation
Ensure accurate and timely completion of records using the Nourish system and other documentation as required.
Support Team and Service Quality
Work under the guidance of senior staff to uphold service standards, follow care regulations, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Encourage Positive Relationships and Inclusion
Engage meaningfully with people we support, their families, and professionals to promote inclusion, dignity, and respect.
