As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be building on the work of our previous Volunteer Coordinator to nurture our team of about 60 volunteers across our Community. This role involves recruiting and inducting new volunteers.

As an HR Coordinator, you will join the leadership team at L’Arche London and support our mission, values, and vibrant community. This role oversees all aspects of HR, including recruitment, induction, payroll, compliance, and staff development.

We are seeking a passionate Team/House Leader to provide day-to-day line management to Support Workers and a Depute House Leader, supporting and mentoring them to take ownership and reach their full potential.

As a Relief Support Worker will help provide 1 to 1 support in various workshops including Candles, Garden, Life Skills and Woodwork.

As a Relief Care and Support worker, you will support people with learning disabilities living in a variety of settings, in line with agreed support and care plans, in all aspects of their everyday lives.
