As a Care and Support Worker, you will support people with learning disabilities living in a variety of supported living settings, in line with agreed support and care plans, in all aspects of their everyday lives.

We are looking for a dedicated person to oversee a range of domestic responsibilities across several supported living settings for people with profound and complex learning disabilities.

This role is key to maintaining and promoting best practice in Health and Safety within L’Arche.

You will build meaningful relationships with people who have learning disabilities, assist with daily activities including personal care and medication administration, and share the joys and challenges of everyday life.

As a Care Manager (known internally as Locality Manager), you will be supported by a Depute Locality Leader to lead a team of assistants to provide excellent relational care and support, whilst building community in a high-quality environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care&support services, support for spirituality&engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.

As a Relief Care and Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to people with learning disabilities living in a variety of settings.
