As a Care and Support Worker, you will help people with learning disabilities live more independently and enjoy everyday life - empowering each person to make their own choices and live the life they want.

As a Care and Support Worker, you will support people with learning disabilities living in a variety of supported living settings, in line with agreed support and care plans, in all aspects of their everyday lives.

This role is key to maintaining and promoting best practice in Health and Safety within L’Arche.
