Wiltshire Council’s Adult Care Reablement Team is looking for Experienced Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping people live independently and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

As an Experienced Occupational Therapist, you will:

Undertake strengths-based assessments and design creative reablement plans.
Support individuals with complex physical, emotional, or social needs to regain independence.
Recommend and oversee adaptations and specialist equipment.
Provide professional supervision and guidance to colleagues.
Work collaboratively with health professionals, voluntary organisations, and families.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

HCPC registered with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experienced (minimum 2 years post-qualification) in working with adults in health or social care settings.
Skilled in moving and handling assessments, risk management, and safeguarding.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.

Additional Information:

You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
