You could be creative in the identification and development of roles that use volunteers’ skills to bring friendship and other benefits to the community and link with local groups and volunteer networks to promote opportunities within L'Arche.

You will lead a service for 4 people with a learning disability&a team of 11 Support Assistants&support people with learning disabilities living in a variety of settings, in line with agreed support&care plans in all aspects of their everyday lives.
