We are looking for a confident Learning Disabilities Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week, including days, nights & weekends , making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Willow House.

Willow House is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs behaviours that may challenge.

We also support people who have associated mental and physical health needs, including those with a secondary diagnosis of autism. With our in-house qualified Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses (RMN's and RNLD's), we can provide specialist nursing care and support, which is tailored to the needs of the individual. We can also offer bespoke packages including Speech and Language Therapy input for individuals that may require it. We aim to promote increased independence and community integration for the individuals in our care.

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare n eeds
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
