Quality + Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and manage a regulated care service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. The role involves providing strong leadership to staff teams, maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations, overseeing safeguarding and quality assurance, and driving continuous service improvement.
The successful candidate will have management experience within a health or social care setting, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards) is required.
