We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Maple House.
Cygnet Maple House is our 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (day shifts 8am-8pm, night shifts 7.30pm-8.30am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Maple House.
Your Day-to-Day…
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
