As a House Leader, you will oversee a team of care & support workers who will provide high-quality support to people with learning disabilities in line with L’Arche values, policies and procedures.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will provide effective HR support to all employees and in the two L’Arche Communities located in Scotland, in line with L’Arche’s identity, mission and values.

As a Relief Support Worker will help provide 1 to 1 support in various workshops including Candles, Garden, Life Skills and Woodwork.
