The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent & financially sustainable care and support services & engaging with our neighbours & the wider community.

You’ll assist adults with learning disabilities with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and household duties. You’ll support spiritual choices, engage in activities, and accompany them to appointments and events

As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll assist people with learning disabilities in various settings, following support plans. You’ll provide practical, emotional, and physical support while promoting independence, choice, and self-determination.

You’ll oversee a person-centred care service for adults with learning disabilities, leading a team of 3 Support Leaders across four locations. You’ll ensure care meets Care Inspectorate and L’Arche values, fostering community and inspiring others.
