Care and Support Worker
ABOUT THE ROLE
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Reports to: House Leader/Depute House Leader
Place of work: L’Arche Highland’s services currently based in and around Inverness.
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time

Notes: This position does not offer sponsorship and is best suited for candidates already located in Inverness and the Highland area.
Main purpose of the role:
- As a Care and Support Worker, you will help people with learning disabilities live more independently and enjoy everyday life - empowering each person to make their own choices and live the life they want.
- You will support people with learning disabilities with any spiritual choices they make, join them in activities they enjoy, and provide help both at home and out in the community.
- This may include accompanying them to appointments, events, or places of worship. This is a truly rewarding role that makes a real difference and gives you a deeper appreciation for life.
